Lindsey Miller

In 1999, Lindsey founded Lindsey Miller Public Relations, a boutique agency focused on traditional media relations for a multitude of trades including real estate, fashion, food, beauty and more.
However, in 2008 she fell in love with the restaurant industry thanks to one of her clients, Bolsa. Pioneering Dallas’ movement toward farm-to-table, chef-driven restaurants and local, craft cocktails, this singular restaurant ignited her passion for all things food and drink. Her firm’s focus shifted dramatically to promote food-forward/brand-forward restaurants through not only conventional PR but also creative new media strategies and thoughtful analysis of each business from operations to customer experience.

In the years since, her company has excelled and grown to be one of Dallas’ top F&B firms, with Lindsey even being named one of the “Top 10 Most Influential People in Dallas Dining” by Eater Dallas’ editor Amy McCarthy for a Dallas Observer article.

In 2018, she reunited with longtime friend and former colleague, Jenifer Strauss, to launch an exciting new project called the PR Collaborative to which she brings her years of public relations experience to the table (dining or otherwise).

Few in the history of Dallas PR have achieved Lindsey’s level of success and experience launching new restaurants with both tremendous advance buzz, as well as extensive media coverage from print and broadcast to of-the-moment social media channels. Her client list reads like a who’s who of Texas restaurant greats (and she’s happy to share the full, very long list). The only restaurant not on the list? Yours.

Nicki Patel

If marketing is a circus of ones and zeros, Nicki is the woman who can tame them all. This PR Collaborative was created because there are so many marketing objectives that take place in the traditional and digital arena and along with them, a staggering number of moving parts and pieces. Nicki’s job with this project is simply to make things run smoothly for every client, from day-to-day operational tasks to more complex scheduling, i dotting and t crossing for large-scale events and other public-facing client opportunities.

In recent years, Nicki has worked on projects such as grand opening strategy and execution for NYX Professional Makeup stores across the country, event ideation and social media strategy for CBRE Global Investors, public relations strategy execution for several multi-unit restaurant concepts, and much more.
